Future expansion plans include a remarketing center in Barcelona. With an area of 80,000 square meters, the Seville remarketing center is composed of the following: inspection, valeting, Smart Repair and storage facilities. Sales are held every Friday, offering up to 200 vehicles in every sale. The Madrid site has been increased to an area of 52,000 square meters, with a capacity to hold approximately 2,400 de-fleeted vehicles. In total, both facilities are expected to sell approximately 18,000 vehicles over a two-year period, providing logistics, inspections, vehicle sales preparation utilizing its Smart Prepared, inventory and sales channel management as well as electronic and physical auction sales. The company is part of United Kingdom-based British Car Auctions (BCA) Group, Europe's leading vehicle remarketing business, providing physical and electronic vehicle auctions, together with e-commerce and other related services. It operates out of 40 sites in 11 countries. The company was incorporated in 1999. The company has its registered corporate office situated in Azuqueca De Henares, Spain.
